Application process

How does the application process work?

When we publish job offers on our website and maybe even on external online job portals, we usually name specific contact persons and/or email addresses. Here is a short overview of what happens next:

  • You apply for a job online and receive an acknowledgement of receipt.

  • After reviewing your application and checking it for completeness, we make a pre-selection.

  • Then we consult with the corresponding department.

  • Your interview will take place with employees from that department and from Human Resources.

  • Maybe we will ask you for a second interview.

  • Once the decision has been made, we will notify you as soon as possible.
